The Insurance Advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial protection and savings needs, and recommend suitable Axis Max Life Insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs-based consultations, explaining policy features and advantages, assisting with applications and documentation, and supporting customers throughout the policy lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and distribution partners, maintaining accurate records in company systems, and meeting defined sales and service quality targets. Insurance Advisors are expected to uphold regulatory and company compliance standards while fostering long-term, trust-based customer relationships. Qualifications
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related field.
