Quality Manager to ensure that our products and services meet all necessary requirements before they reach the customer. Responsibilities:
· Establishing a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications
· Understand customer quality needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
· Devise and review mechanisms for products or processes
· Set up an incoming quality plan for various raw materials or intermediate products from suppliers and monitor their compliance
· Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff in QA department and provide guidance and feedback.
· Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
· Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
· Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
· Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
· Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new effective procedures
· Interact with the certification body for organising third-party audits Management Representative (MR) –




· Ensuring that the processes required for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained to meet ISO 9001:2015 requirements;
· Reporting to the top management on the effectiveness of the implementation of the quality management system and opportunities for improvement;
· Ensuring that the integrity of the QMS is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented
· Liaison with external parties regarding matters concerning the quality management system.
· Ensure completion of the Internal Audit & Management Review Meeting as scheduled. Skills Required :
· 5-7 years of proven experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
· In-depth understanding of quality Assurance procedures and relevant legal standards
· Working knowledge of data analysis / Statistical methods
· Working knowledge of Quality Management System standards (ISO 9001:2015).
· Working as an Internal Auditor for QMS.
· Advanced skills in MS Office
· Organisational and leadership abilities
· Communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
· Bachelor of engineering or relevant field
