Responsibilities:
* Generate leads and identify potential property buyers.
* Explain residential projects, plots and investment opportunities.
* Coordinate client meetings and arrange site visits.
* Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
* Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly targets.
* Build solid relationships with clients and builders.
Requirements:
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Interest in real estate sales.
* Two-wheeler and laptop preferred.
