The Sales Coordinator role at Your role at a glance: The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions. This role includes scheduling tours, coordinating with operations to ensure workspace readiness, and assisting with contract preparation and follow-ups. The Sales Coordinator will handle customer communications, respond to service requests,



and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. The role also involves tracking sales performance metrics, updating CRM systems, and providing administrative support to help achieve revenue and occupancy targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to manage pipelines, documentation, and internal processes efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to engage prospects, address client needs, and support conversion and retention activities.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact clearly with clients, internal teams, and external partners, both verbally and in writing.
• Candidates should have proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and basic data entry and reporting.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates should have a customer-focused mindset, a team-oriented working style, and the ability to work on-site in Noida on a full-time schedule. Also, open to travel across our centres as and when required.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in sales support or coordination, is preferred.
