About the Role
The Customer Journey Advisor is a premium, customer-facing sales role where you will guide customers from their first enquiry through booking, pre-departure preparation, travel support, and post-trip engagement. You will be the primary point of contact, helping customers choose the right travel experiences while building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectations.
• Recommend suitable travel products, holiday packages, and customized itineraries.
• Explain itineraries,



package inclusions, pricing, visa requirements, documentation, and payment processes.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Coordinate with product and operations teams to ensure smooth customer fulfilment.
• Support pre-departure readiness and resolve customer queries.
• Build customer relationships and identify repeat-travel and referral opportunities. ✅ Who We’re Looking For
• Fresh graduates from any discipline with a passion for travel and customer conversations.
• Candidates with experience in travel and tourism, travel sales, holiday package sales, or travel consulting are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Kannada, Hindi, and other regional languages are an advantage.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable with sales targets, follow-ups, and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
