Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities and manpower on the shop floor.
• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Manage shop-floor operations, machine utilisation, workflow, and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance departments.
• Monitor production processes and resolve day-to-day shop-floor issues.
• Ensure proper safety practices, discipline, and housekeeping on the shop floor.
• Monitor productivity and ensure efficient utilisation of machines, manpower, and materials.



? Required Skills & Knowledge
• Solid knowledge of SPM Machines, Power Packs, Fabrication, and Hydraulic Systems.
• Good understanding of production processes, machine operations, and manpower handling.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Practical knowledge of Hydraulic Systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in a manufacturing/engineering production environment. ?
