Pharm (Ayurveda) Job Summary / Role Overview To lead overall production operations for BabyOrgano, ensure GMP compliance is followed, get BMR/BPR documentation completed, and deliver production as per targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Production Planning: To prepare daily, weekly production schedules and get targets achieved
- GMP Compliance: To get all production activities carried out as per cGMP, SOP, and regulatory guidelines
- Documentation: Review and approval of BMR, BPR, logbooks
- Team Management: To lead the production team, provide training, and conduct performance reviews
- Quality: To ensure Right First Time production and reduce quality complaints
- Machine & Process: To maintain efficiency, cleaning, and validation status of equipment
- Safety: To ensure safety guidelines and housekeeping are followed
- Coordination: To coordinate with QA, QC, and Warehouse
