About Job We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Executive to manage shipments, warehouse activities, repair coordination, purchase orders, and operational records in Odoo ERP. This hands-on role combines physical warehouse work, computer-based administration, and customer communication. Industry Electronics/Semiconductors Department Logistics & Warehouse Location Puducherry Roles & Responsibilities This role will ensure that components and parcels are correctly received, prepared, recorded, and dispatched, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in Odoo.
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring components and parcels are received and dispatched accurately.
• Check part numbers, quantities, and component condition during receipt.
• Prepare, pack, label, and dispatch parcels, including components sent to subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and repair records in Odoo.




• Coordinate repair activities, track progress, and follow up on pending actions.
• Communicate with customers regarding repair status, outstanding information, and delivery arrangements.
• Create purchase orders, follow up with suppliers, and record component receipts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report missing items, damaged goods, and delivery discrepancies.
