Role Description The Linux Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role involves managing and maintaining Linux servers, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning. The Linux Administrator will handle user and permission management, implement security best practices, and ensure regular backups and recovery procedures. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing system issues, applying patches and updates, supporting infrastructure changes, and providing technical support to internal teams.



The role also includes documenting configurations and procedures, and collaborating with other IT staff to improve system reliability and efficiency. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Linux System Administration and general System Administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for server and infrastructure issues.
• Candidates should possess experience with Patch Management, including applying updates and maintaining system security.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and shell scripting is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Indore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical information clearly.
• Relevant industry certifications (such as RHCSA, RHCE, or Linux+ ) are an advantage.
