Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Business Partner role based in Chennai. The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, supporting workforce planning, talent development, and change management initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include implementing HR policies, resolving employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management processes. The role will involve partnering with various departments to enhance employee engagement,



support leadership in organizational decisions, and drive continuous improvements in HR practices. The HR Business Partner will also contribute to HR analytics, process optimization, and HR projects that support Casagrand’s growth and culture. Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage employee grievances, ensuring fair resolution within stipulated timeframes.
• Develop and implement effective HR policies to improve employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational performance.
• Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels through regular communication, feedback sessions, and coaching.
• Analyze attrition data to identify trends and areas for improvement in talent management strategies.
• Collaborate with business leaders to develop leadership skills among managers and drive performance management initiatives.
• Desired Candidate Profile
• 12-14 years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR or equivalent qualification.
• Solid expertise in Business Partnering, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Policies, Leadership Skills, Attrition Management & Control.
