The Role We are looking for a Human Resources Executive with 1-2 years of experience to run our day-to-day HR operations and help build a positive, productive workplace. You will be the point of contact for employees and work closely with management across teams. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Pune Camp office. What You’ll Do
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new joiners
• Coordinate payroll inputs and benefits administration
• Handle employee relations, address concerns, and support a respectful workplace
• Draft, implement,



and communicate HR policies and procedures
• Help ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company standards
• Support performance management and coordinate training and development activities
• Work closely with management to strengthen workplace culture What We’re Looking For
• 1-2 years of experience in core HR functions and HR operations, including documentation and HR systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR best practices; travel or service industry experience is preferred
• Solid employee relations skills, with the ability to resolve issues sensitively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and integrity in handling confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with cross-functional teams Details
