Role Description The Branch Head role at Jainam is a full-time, on-site position based in Junagadh. The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving business growth through effective client acquisition and retention. Day-to-day activities include managing and mentoring branch staff, monitoring sales performance and customer service quality, and coordinating local marketing and outreach initiatives. • Proven experience in branch management, team leadership, or supervisory roles in financial services, broking, banking, or a related sector.

• Solid understanding of financial markets, trading and investment products, and regulatory guidelines relevant to broking and investment services.
