Salesforce, Scrum Master, Program Management Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master / Program Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce projects, Agile delivery, and program management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce project delivery, facilitating Agile ceremonies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects from initiation through delivery.
• Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage program schedules, project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with Salesforce developers, administrators, QA teams, business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Monitor sprint progress, team velocity, delivery timelines, and overall project performance.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and align deliverables with business goals.
• Identify and resolve impediments affecting project delivery.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes, team collaboration, and delivery efficiency.
• Track project KPIs, prepare status reports,



and communicate risks and mitigation plans to management.
• Ensure Salesforce deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce projects, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar Agile delivery leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, its implementation lifecycle, configurations, customizations, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple project stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of sprint planning, backlog management, risk management, and project reporting.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive successful project outcomes. Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce credentials.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementation or transformation programs. Ideal Candidate A qualified with 5+ years of Salesforce project experience who can combine Scrum Master responsibilities with program-level planning, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery oversight.
