₹6–8 lakh per annum, depending on relevant experience and capability Employment: Full-time We are looking for a hands-on qualified to build and manage a network of call centre partners across India, handling both ongoing projects and short-term campaigns. The role involves identifying suitable partners, launching campaigns, monitoring daily productivity and ensuring agreed calling, lead-generation and conversion targets are achieved.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate and onboard call centre partners across India based on capacity, language capabilities, infrastructure and delivery record.
• Negotiate commercials, project scope, timelines and performance targets.
• Allocate projects and coordinate campaign briefs, scripts, training and execution with partner teams.
• Monitor agent productivity, call attempts, connected calls, follow-ups, qualified leads and verified conversions.
• Review call quality and campaign results, identify gaps and drive corrective action.
• Manage staffing requirements and scale partner capacity according to project needs.
• Track campaign costs,



cost per conversion and partner billing.
• Maintain daily performance dashboards and conduct regular partner reviews.
• Ensure responsible handling of project data and adherence to agreed processes. Candidate Profile
• 4–7 years of experience in BPO operations, outbound telesales, lead generation or contact centre management.
• Demonstrated experience managing external call centre partners or multiple centres, with accountability for delivery targets.
• Experience launching and managing sales or lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong understanding of calling metrics, conversion tracking, CRM systems, dialler reports and Excel.
• Good negotiation, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Willingness to visit partner centres across India when required.
