Role Description: The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect will design, implement, and optimize IAM solutions to protect critical systems and data for clients. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves defining IAM architectures, developing policies and standards, and guiding the deployment of authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management processes. The IAM Architect will collaborate with security, legal, and IT teams to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational risk management objectives. Daily tasks include evaluating IAM tools, conducting technical assessments, designing integration patterns, overseeing configuration and testing, and supporting incident response and remediation related to identity and access issues. The role also involves preparing documentation, delivering technical guidance, and mentoring team members on IAM best practices. Qualifications
• Robust expertise in Identity and Access Management concepts, including authentication, authorization, role-based access control, single sign-on, and identity lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms and standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP,



Active Directory, and privileged access management tools.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks, compliance requirements, and cyber law considerations related to identity, privacy, and data protection.
• Ability to design scalable, secure architectures and integration patterns for cloud and on-premises environments, including user provisioning, federation, and access governance.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming for IAM automation and integration (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and engaging with clients or internal stakeholders on security and compliance topics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, or specialized IAM certifications) are an advantage.
