Senior Business Development Associate | Neurolaw AI Delhi NCR/ Remote | Full-time | 3 positions | 0–4 years experience About Neurolaw AI Neurolaw AI is a fast-growing legal-tech startup using AI to solve real, everyday document problems for legal professionals. We’re now building the sales team that will take us nationwide and help us in the 1-10 journey. The role This is not a “follow the playbook” sales job. There is no playbook yet, and you’ll help write it. You’ll work directly with the founders, start calling from day one, meet advocates and firms in person, and turn those conversations into paying clients. What you’ll do
• Cold call every day: prospect, pitch, follow up and close
• Run demos in person and online, showing people what our product can do
• Do field work when needed, including courts, chambers, law firm offices and client meetings
• Build your own pipeline and track every lead until it closes
• Pass what you hear from the market back to the product team
• Help shape how Neurolaw sells as we enter new cities and industries Who we’re looking for
• 0–4 years in sales or business development. Freshers who are hungry to sell are welcome.




• Background in B2B SaaS, ed-tech or any target-driven sales role. No background is fine too, if you can show us you can sell.
• Solid cold calling skills and comfort with hearing “no”
• A sharp, convincing communicator in English and Hindi
• Street smart: you work out how to get things done without being told
• Ownership: you treat targets as your own, not just the company’s
