Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct meetings with prospective and existing clients across Bangalore.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable interior design solutions.
• Promote premium interior design services, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and complete home interior solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate with clients, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain the sales pipeline, follow-ups, and client records.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business and referrals. Desired Candidate Profile
• 2–5 years of experience in sales.
• Must have experience in the interior designing/interior industry.
• Experience in interior sales, home interiors, modular kitchens, wardrobes,



or related products is preferred.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Experience in client meetings, site visits, and sales closing.
• Target-oriented and self-driven.
• Comfortable travelling within Bangalore for client meetings and site visits.
• Must be comfortable working in office at HSR Layout, Bangalore.
