• Maintain accurate customer and call records.
• Follow quality standards and customer service procedures.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound calls.
• Relevant experience in Travel, Airline, International BPO or Customer Service is preferred.
