About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with hands-on experience in Tally, GST filing, and Income Tax Return (ITR) filing. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, financial reconciliation, taxation, and documentation for our cryptocurrency exchange.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain daily accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions using Tally.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, as applicable.
• Assist with Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and expense tracking.
• Reconcile bank transactions, INR deposits, withdrawals, and settlement records.
• Maintain financial documentation for audits and statutory compliance.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports.
• Track company expenses, payments, and receipts.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Support TDS calculations, documentation, and compliance, as applicable.



Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Com, M.
Com, or an equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tally is mandatory.
• Practical experience in GST return preparation and filing is mandatory.
• Practical experience in Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Positive numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidential financial records. Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of TDS and statutory compliance.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and FinTech.
• Understanding of bank reconciliation and financial transaction management.
