Role Description The Associate will support the firm’s litigation and advisory work, primarily in arbitration, commercial disputes, tax, corporate, and labour law matters. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and research notes; assisting in case preparation and strategy; and appearing before courts, tribunals, and other forums under supervision. The role involves regular client interaction,



coordination with external counsel and stakeholders, and contributing to knowledge management and internal process improvement. This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur, requiring consistent presence at the office, courts, and other relevant institutions. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in litigation and dispute resolution, especially in arbitration, commercial, tax, corporate, and labour matters.
• Proficiency in legal research, statutory interpretation, and case law analysis using online and offline resources.
• Excellent drafting skills for pleadings, contracts, notices, legal opinions, and correspondence.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present arguments and interact with clients professionally.
• Ability to manage multiple matters, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with partners, seniors, and team members.

B. (or equivalent law degree) from a recognized institution; enrollment with a State Bar Council and eligibility to practice in India.
• Prior internship or work experience in litigation or corporate law practice is preferred.
