About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Developer with 6 8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to design, build, and optimize scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, with exposure to Automotive Cloud considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce.
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools.
• Build automation using Salesforce Flows and approval processes.
• Optimize application performance, SOQL/SOSL queries, and bulk processing.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, version control, and release processes.
• Implement Salesforce security best practices and troubleshoot production issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects,



and business stakeholders. Required Skills and

Qualifications:
• 6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Robust expertise in Apex, LWC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, integrations, and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred

Qualifications:
• Experience with Marketing Cloud and Automotive Cloud.
• Knowledge of Experience Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein/Agentforce AI capabilities.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications. Location Preference: Candidates currently based in Dubai, UAE, are preferred.
