To be confirmed Work Mode: To be confirmed Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Digital Content Architect with solid expertise in enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS), Knowledge Management Systems (KMS), information architecture, and global content ecosystems. The ideal candidate will have experience designing scalable content architectures, developing taxonomy and metadata frameworks, and establishing content governance and reuse strategies across global websites and multilingual markets. This role will focus on improving content discoverability, consistency, localization, and lifecycle management while supporting enterprise CMS and knowledge management transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess existing FAQ, CMS, and knowledge management ecosystems across global websites to identify gaps and recommend architectural improvements.
• Design scalable content architectures, classification frameworks, and metadata models to support reusable global content and localized market variations.
• Develop taxonomy, tagging strategies, and publishing workflows to improve content discoverability, governance, and traceability.
• Establish content reuse principles, localization guidelines, and controlled variation models across regions.
• Evaluate CMS, KMS, enterprise search, and content delivery capabilities to identify opportunities for platform optimization and consolidation.
• Collaborate with content strategists, business analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable architecture recommendations.
• Develop governance frameworks, content lifecycle models, and ownership structures to support regulatory and organizational compliance.
• Contribute to implementation playbooks covering platform architecture, governance requirements, and transformation roadmaps.




• Support multilingual content delivery and market-specific publishing requirements.
• Recommend improvements to content analytics, search optimization, and customer support knowledge ecosystems. Required Technical Skills
• CMS & Knowledge Management Platforms
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Salesforce Experience Cloud, Contentful, Kentico, Drupal, SharePoint, or Bloomreach.
• Knowledge management experience with platforms such as Zendesk Guide and ServiceNow Knowledge Management.
• Understanding of enterprise search and content delivery technologies.
• Content & Information Architecture
• Digital content architecture and structured content modeling.
• Information architecture, taxonomy design, metadata frameworks, and content classification.
• Content reuse, traceability, and lifecycle management.
• Content governance, publishing workflows, and ownership models.
• Localization & Content Delivery
• Global content architecture and multilingual content strategies.
• Localization workflows and market-specific content governance.
• Content delivery optimization and reusable content models.
• Understanding of headless CMS, composable architecture, and omnichannel delivery. Preferred Skills
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices.
• Knowledge of translation management systems and localization technologies.
• Experience with content analytics, enterprise search optimization, and customer support knowledge ecosystems.
• Familiarity with global content consolidation and digital experience transformation initiatives. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in digital architecture, CMS, and knowledge management ecosystems.
• Relevant certifications are an advantage, including Adobe Certified Expert, Sitecore certifications, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant, or knowledge management certifications.
