· SFDC report, dashboard.
· Data Analytics and BI.
· Strong knowledge on MS Excel.
· Maintain the high level excel report.
· Understand the software subscription process.
· Understand the sales process.
· Understand the renewal process.
· Cross-functional stakeholder management.
· Understanding on the billing process and curate logical long-term solutions.
· Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills and Artificial Intelligence. Essential Skills
