Role Description The Commercial Leasing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing cycle for commercial properties, including prospecting, site visits, negotiations, and transaction closure. The Commercial Leasing Manager will build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, corporate clients, and channel partners, while ensuring spaces are positioned and marketed effectively. Daily activities include tracking market trends, preparing leasing proposals, coordinating documentation,



and collaborating with internal teams to support client requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of listings, pipeline, and closed deals, and ensuring a professional, client-focused experience throughout the leasing process. Qualifications
• Proven experience in commercial real estate leasing, brokerage, or property advisory, preferably in the Bengaluru market.
• Robust skills in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and negotiation for commercial leasing deals.
• Ability to analyze market data, rental trends, and property performance to advise clients on suitable leasing options.
• Competence in preparing proposals, maintaining documentation, and using basic office and CRM tools for deal tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; relevant certifications in real estate or property management are an advantage.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within the city for site visits and client meetings, and ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously.
