• Interfacing with customer for project requirements, developments, monitoring and status updates.
• Project planning and execution
• Identification of risks and planning for mitigation/contingencies
• Escalate issues and dependencies to management or/and customers as required.
• Support team members for software development, testing and maintenance
• To lead and manage teams for successful project execution Skills Qualification
• 8+ years’ experience in Software Engineering Manager/ Project Manager role
• Proven experience in C/C++, Software design
• Strong proven experience in managing/ leading team
• Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering or relevant qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills for customer interlacing/communication.
• Ability to lead and manage teams
• Solid leadership skills
• Ability to multi task
