ABOUT THE ROLE
Growmint Global (GMG) is looking for a proactive and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support its digital marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, content creation, and other online channels. The intern will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, performance tracking, and digital brand building while working closely with the internal team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Create, plan, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation and campaign coordination.
• Monitor social media engagement, campaign performance, and audience interactions.
• Assist with website content updates, basic SEO, and digital asset optimization.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
• Track campaign metrics and prepare basic performance reports using analytics tools.




• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and campaign effectiveness.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online marketing concepts.
• Interest in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign execution.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and branding principles is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with an on-site team.
• Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field are encouraged to apply. WHAT YOU'LL GAIN:
