Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Manager located in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will oversee the entire quality assurance process for FIBC production, ensuring compliance with international safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting regular product inspections, maintaining documentation systems,



and supervising an in-house testing laboratory. The Quality Control Manager will work closely with production teams and suppliers to address quality concerns and ensure that clients receive superior, consistent products. Qualifications
• Proficiency in Quality Control and Assurance processes and related tools
• Knowledge of safety and compliance standards, particularly for international markets
• Experience managing testing laboratories, analyzing quality data, and implementing corrective measures to maintain product excellence
• Solid leadership, team management, and organizational skills to collaborate with production teams and vendors effectively
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and process improvement experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or related fields
• Prior experience in the FIBC or similar manufacturing industries is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, data analysis, and quality management systems (QMS) is a plus
