Role Description The Warehouse Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Udupi, responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient material handling. This role includes planning and supervising receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods, while maintaining accurate stock records and documentation. The Warehouse Manager will lead warehouse staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. The role involves coordinating inventory counts, managing stock discrepancies, optimizing space utilization, and implementing process improvements to support operational efficiency.



The Warehouse Manager will also collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other internal teams to meet delivery timelines and service expectations. Qualifications

• Candidates should possess inventory management and operations management skills to plan, organize, and optimize warehouse workflows.

• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or ERP software for data entry and reporting.

• Prior experience in warehouse supervision or management, particularly in industrial or manufacturing settings, is highly beneficial.
