Role Description The Luxury Real-Estate Sales Manager/Sr. Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales process for luxury residential and commercial properties, including prospecting, lead qualification, property presentations, and closing transactions. The individual will build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understand their requirements, and provide suitable property recommendations. Daily activities include conducting site visits, coordinating with developers and internal teams, preparing sales proposals, negotiating terms, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.



The role also requires tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to sales strategies and market expansion initiatives. Qualifications
• Real Estate License and robust knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property regulations and market practices.
• Proven Sales experience in luxury or high-value real-estate transactions.
• Customer Service skills focused on client satisfaction, relationship building, and after-sales support.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and conduct frequent property visits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
• Experience using CRM software and basic proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle confidential client information with discretion.
