We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive paid campaigns and measurable demand across Altudo’s GTM portfolio. You will work with marketing team leaders, sales, and content teams to reach enterprise buyers, optimize campaigns, and improve qualified pipeline contribution. Core Responsibilities
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, audiences, creative, landing pages, and retargeting.
• Execute demand generation, ABM, and partner marketing campaigns.
• Support campaigns across AI Transformation, Digital Experience, FastLane, Commerce, Data & AI, and Work Transformation Modernization.
• Work with content and design teams to develop effective ad copy and creative.
• Track performance from clicks and leads to MQLs, SALs, opportunities, and pipeline.
• Build reports and recommend improvements based on data.
• Manage tracking, conversion optimization, and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing operations to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes. What does the candidate require for this role?
• 6+ years of B2B performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, IT services, consulting, or enterprise technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing for business KPIs.
• Understanding of B2B demand generation, ABM, and enterprise buying journeys.
• Experience with GA4,



Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
• Ability to create detailed reports and analytics dashboards and track performance from clicks and leads to MQLs, SALs, opportunities, and pipeline.
