Role Overview We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Sales Associate with a strong interest in electronics, robotics, and B2B sales. The ideal candidate should be able to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable technical products, and build strong client relationships. ?

Key Responsibilities
• Handle B2B sales enquiries and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical products.
• Manage customer enquiries and leads through platforms such as IndiaMART and GEMS.
• Prepare quotations, respond to RFQs, and share product specifications.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer support.
• Follow up with prospective customers and achieve sales targets.




• Stay updated on robotics, electronics, and IoT products. ? Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales, B2B sales, or industrial product sales.
• Familiarity with IndiaMART and the GEMS portal.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand product specifications and recommend suitable solutions. ? Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• Interest in robotics, IoT, and electronics innovation.
• Experience with CRM tools, technical documentation, and RFQs.
• Exposure to product demonstrations, trade shows, or industry exhibitions. ?
