Key Responsibilities Act as the primary client contact for assigned implementation projects. Lead implementation activities from kick-off through go live. Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and actions. Build and maintain effective client and stakeholder relationships. Deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality project outcomes. Manage multiple implementations and competing priorities effectively. Identify, communicate, and escalate project risks and concerns. Drive issue resolution and ensure project momentum is maintained.
