You understand how construction projects run - schedules, budgets, contractors, and site realities - and you use AI and automation tools to run them faster and smarter. Internally, we call this role a "Construction VibeKid": someone who can vibe code the tools a project needs instead of waiting for someone else to build them.You don't need to be a traditional site engineer, and you don't need to be a software developer. You need to sit in the middle: someone who knows construction project management well enough to spot what's slowing a project down, and is hands-on enough with AI tools to build the fix - a scheduling tracker, an automated report, a contractor dashboard, or a workflow that saves the team hours every week.This is not a role for someone who needs close oversight or a fixed toolset. We are looking for someone curious, resourceful, and quick to experiment - who can take a messy process, figure out what's missing, and ship a working solution.What you'll doConstruction project managementPlan and track construction schedules, milestones,



and budgets across our projectsCoordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to keep work on time and on budgetTrack progress, flag risks and delays early, and drive issues to resolutionWork closely with our architecture, procurement, and construction teams in India and the U.S.AI and automationUse AI and automation tools to streamline scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and contractor coordinationBuild internal tools, dashboards, and workflows using AI-assisted ("vibe") coding and no-code platformsAutomate repetitive tasks such as progress reports, cost tracking, RFIs, and status updatesStay on top of new AI tools for construction and test what could work for usReporting and communicationProduce clear, regular project reports for leadership - ideally automatedKeep schedules, budgets, and project data accurate and in one placeExplain technical tools and project status simply to both construction and non-technical teammatesWhat you bring3-7 years of experience in construction project management, project controls, or planningBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferredSolid understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contractor coordinationHands-on experience building tools or automations with AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Lovable, Replit) or no-code platforms (e.g. Zapier, Make, Airtable)Examples of tools, dashboards, or automations you've built - please share them when you applyStrong Google Sheets skills; familiarity with project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Procore, MS Project, Primavera) is a plusExperience on U.S. residential construction projects is a mustComfortable operating with high autonomy in a quick-moving, remote, cross-cultural environmentHiring processStage 1: Intro interview Role alignment, experience overview, a walkthrough of tools you've built, and culture fitStage 2: Test task A short practical assignment: use AI tools to solve a real construction project problemStage 3: Final interview Deep dive into workflows, expectations, and growth
