Role Description The Factory Manager role at ABS FOODS LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Bhavnagar. This role oversees daily manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and coordination of teams across the factory floor. The Factory Manager ensures adherence to quality standards, food safety regulations, and company policies while monitoring output, efficiency, and waste reduction. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining equipment and facility readiness, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with supply chain and management to meet production targets.



The role also involves preparing reports, addressing operational issues promptly, and fostering a safe and compliant work environment. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee scheduling, resource use, and output targets.
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to maintain product standards, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and support continuous improvement.
• Candidates should possess skills in Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations to manage end-to-end factory processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Robust leadership, team supervision, and communication skills to guide factory staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG operations is preferred, with knowledge of HACCP, GMP, or other relevant quality frameworks.
• Ability to analyze production data, manage budgets, and implement process improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, food technology, operations management, or a related field is advantageous.
