Role Description The Assistant Graphic Designer role at TechSurvi Pvt. Ltd. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. In this role, the individual will support the design team in creating visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media posts, websites, and Amazon product listings. Daily tasks include developing graphics and layouts, assisting with logo and brand materials, preparing files for web and print, and ensuring design consistency across platforms. The Assistant Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketers, content creators,



and senior designers to translate creative briefs into engaging visual concepts. The role also involves adapting designs based on feedback, maintaining brand guidelines, and keeping up with current design trends and tools. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create explicit, engaging visual content for digital channels.
• Demonstrated skills in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of hierarchy, readability, and pairing of typefaces for digital and print media.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent software).
• Ability to follow creative direction, work within brand guidelines, and manage multiple design tasks within timelines.
• Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and a portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; relevant practical experience is also valued.
