Role Description The Research Associate – Analytical (Pharmaceuticals) will work full time on-site at our Jaipur facility, supporting analytical research projects in specialty organic chemicals and pharmaceutical applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing routine and advanced laboratory analyses, preparing samples, operating analytical instruments (such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, and related systems), and documenting experimental procedures and results with high accuracy. The role involves developing, validating, and optimizing analytical methods, assisting in stability and impurity profiling studies, and supporting technical reports for internal and regulatory use. The Research Associate will collaborate with scientists and cross-functional teams, maintain laboratory safety and compliance, manage lab consumables and equipment, and contribute to continuous improvement of analytical workflows aligned with the company’s R&D; objectives. Qualifications
• Strong Laboratory Skills in analytical techniques, sample preparation, instrument handling, and data recording.
• Research competence, including experimental design,



data analysis, and scientific documentation in pharmaceutical or chemical R&D.;
• Knowledge of Oncology and Medicine domains, with an understanding of how analytical methods support drug development and quality assessment.
• Experience or exposure to Clinical Trials workflows, including regulatory awareness, quality standards, and data integrity principles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with GMP/GLP practices, safety protocols, and regulatory guidelines relevant to pharmaceutical analysis.
• Proficiency in using scientific software and tools for data processing, reporting, and basic statistical evaluation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail, robust organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a laboratory environment.
