Location:
HSR Layout, Bengaluru Internship Duration: 6 Months Stipend:₹17,000 per month PPO
- 3-5 LPA Joining: Immediate About Launched Global Launched Global is a growing EdTech organization focused on building efficient business processes and delivering quality services. Our HR team plays a vital role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and smooth HR operations.
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Trainee who is eager to learn, take ownership, and gain practical experience across core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Maintain employee databases, HR records, and documentation.
• Support employee onboarding, offer letter preparation, induction, and document collection.
• Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR coordination.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and team initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to fulfil HR requirements.
• Draft HR-related emails, notices, reports, and internal communications.
• Assist in maintaining HR MIS and updating recruitment trackers.




• Handle confidential employee information responsibly and professionally. Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
• Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Robust organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment. What You Will Gain
