NPD Executive – Oral Care Company: Vithoba Healthcare & Research Pvt. Ltd.

Location:
MIDC, Hingna Road, Nagpur

Experience:
2–5 Years Job

Responsibilities:
• Develop current oral care products such as toothpaste, tooth powder, herbal dental paste, and mouthwash.
• Work on formulation development, ingredient selection, and product improvement.
• Conduct product trials, stability testing, and quality evaluations with the R&D; team.
• Identify raw materials and coordinate with suppliers for samples and costing.
• Study competitor products, market trends, pricing, and packaging.
• Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Production, Procurement, and Marketing teams.
• Maintain product development documentation and support product launches.
• Qualification: B.
Sc./M.
Sc. Chemistry, Pharmacy, Cosmetic Science, or a related field. Preferred

Experience:
Hands-on experience in Oral Care, Toothpaste, Tooth Powder, Herbal Dental Products, or FMCG product development.

Salary:
As per experience.
