Role Description This is a full-time, remote Intern role based in the Bhubaneswar. The intern will support day-to-day operations related to influencer marketing campaigns, including identifying potential creators, assisting with outreach, and maintaining campaign tracking sheets. Responsibilities may include coordinating with creators and brand stakeholders, helping prepare brief documents, and supporting content review and approvals. The intern will assist with basic research on trends and competitors, compiling reports, and organizing campaign data.



The role also involves collaborating with team members on creator community initiatives, managing internal documentation, and contributing to a positive, organized work workplace. Qualifications
• Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital content creation; familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Strong research and organizational skills; ability to collect, structure, and summarize campaign and market data clearly.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; comfort interacting with creators, internal teams, and brand representatives.
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and eagerness to learn about campaign planning, execution, and performance measurement.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, documents, presentations); experience with collaboration tools is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in marketing, communications, media, business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and commitment to professional growth.
