- 11 PM Job Overview We are seeking a versatile and forward-thinking Senior Website Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to develop, manage, optimize, and scale our digital platforms. This role requires strong expertise across traditional back-end development, modern CMS platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems, combined with the ability to use AI-powered tools to improve development speed, design quality, and overall website performance. The ideal candidate will build high-converting campaign pages, create seamless e-commerce experiences, and implement marketing integrations such as QR codes, affiliate tracking, and referral mechanisms.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, customize, maintain, and scale websites across PHP, WordPress, Shopify, and Java environments.
• Design and build responsive, high-converting landing pages, campaign microsites, promotional funnels, and marketing-driven web experiences.
• Develop and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, custom plugins, and third-party integrations.
• Build and customize Shopify stores using Liquid, themes, apps, and e-commerce workflows.
• Use AI development and design tools to accelerate coding, generate UI/UX assets, improve layouts, and optimize website performance and SEO.
• Implement dynamic QR-code generation and affiliate/referral tracking architectures, including URL parameters and campaign tracking.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize website architecture for speed, scalability, responsiveness, security, and reliability.
• Collaborate with marketing, design,



and product teams to translate campaign requirements into functional digital experiences.
• Ensure websites are mobile-friendly, SEO-ready, accessible, and optimized for conversion.
• Manage deployments, website updates, backups, and ongoing maintenance in a remote working environment. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in website and full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in PHP, WordPress, Shopify, and Java.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern responsive design frameworks.
• Experience developing custom WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience with Shopify development, including Liquid, theme customization, apps, and store integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, v0.dev, or similar tools for coding, UI/UX asset creation, debugging, and layout optimization.
• Experience implementing marketing technologies, including URL parameters, UTM tracking, affiliate tracking codes, and dynamic QR codes.
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, SEO fundamentals, and conversion-focused design.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and communicate effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, payment gateways, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with cloud hosting, CDN configuration, caching, and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version-control best practices.
• Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
• Understanding of security best practices for CMS and e-commerce platforms.
