Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Solutions Architect role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Solutions Architect will design and own end-to-end solution architectures that connect data, AI models, and enterprise applications to measurable business outcomes across regulated and complex environments. Daily responsibilities include engaging with domain owners and clients to understand business goals, translating requirements into architecture blueprints, selecting appropriate cloud, data, and AI components, and guiding integration into existing workflows and systems.



The role involves collaborating with software development and AI engineering teams, ensuring security, compliance, scalability, and performance, and supporting implementation from foundation through production. The Solutions Architect will also contribute to best practices, technical documentation, and continuous improvement of deployed solutions, while supporting pre-sales and consulting activities when needed. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing end-to-end enterprise, data, and AI architectures.
• Candidates should possess Consulting and Business Process skills to translate business goals into workflows, controls, and measurable outcomes.
• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills to work closely with engineering teams and ensure robust, secure, and scalable implementations.
• Candidates should possess experience with cloud platforms and data ecosystems (e.g., AWS, Snowflake, Databricks) and AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source frameworks).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in enterprise or solutions architecture within regulated or complex industries such as banking, insurance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with security, compliance, governance frameworks, and performance optimization for production AI
