Job Summary We are seeking experienced TPF/zTPF Developers with strong expertise in mainframe transaction processing environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in TPF/zTPF development, Assembler programming, system enhancements, production support, and performance optimization. Experience in the Airline domain will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain applications in TPF/zTPF environments.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop, code, debug, test, and deploy high-performance applications.
• Work extensively with zTPF, Assembler, TPFC, TPFDF, and SPMs.
• Support application lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for applications and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Architects, QA, and Product Managers.
• Support production implementations, release activities, warranty support, and on-call rotations.




• Work closely with Technical Product Managers during release planning and requirement analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve application stability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Required Skills
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in TPF and zTPF Development.
• Solid expertise in:
• zTPF
• TPF
• Assembler Programming
• TPFC
• TPFDF
• SPMs
• Strong knowledge of Mainframe and TPF environments.
• Experience with CI/CD and development tools.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience in technical design, coding, testing, and production support.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within distributed teams. Preferred Skills
• Experience in Airline Reservation, Passenger Services, or Travel Technology domains.
• Knowledge of high-volume transaction processing systems.
• Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with application monitoring and performance optimization. Qualification
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Mandatory Skills
