Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support the planning, creation, and publishing of content across Shilp Group’s social media channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with target audiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, creating visual and written content, assisting with campaign execution, monitoring social media performance, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner.



The intern will also collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader digital marketing initiatives and participate in brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and content ideas. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular coordination with internal teams and stakeholders. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, with an understanding of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, including basic knowledge of campaign planning and audience engagement.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally.
• Basic familiarity with content design tools (e.g., Canva or similar), analytics tools, and trending social media formats is beneficial.
• Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, collaborate effectively in a team, manage time efficiently, and show initiative in a fast-paced environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
