Job Description
• Manage daily production operations and ensure achievement of production targets.
• Plan manpower, allocate resources, and monitor production efficiency.
• Ensure product quality, workplace safety, and adherence to production SOPs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and HR teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor worker performance, minimize wastage, and improve productivity.
• Maintain production records and reports using ERP systems and computer applications.
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in the textile or garment manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP platforms is an added advantage.
• Positive computer skills, reporting, and data management abilities.
• Strong team management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
