Role Description The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising site teams and subcontractors, planning and monitoring work schedules, managing resources and materials, and resolving operational issues that may arise during construction. The role involves close collaboration with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and vendors, to maintain clear communication, track project progress, and implement project controls.



The Construction Manager will review drawings and specifications, enforce construction safety protocols, and prepare regular reports on site performance and budget status. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee daily construction activities.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Budgeting and Project Control to manage project costs, monitor timelines, and support effective resource allocation.
• Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Construction practices and Construction Safety to ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, with prior experience managing construction projects, preferably in large or complex developments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced workplace, make informed decisions, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
