As per experience and skills Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory & E-Commerce Executive to manage stock records, e-commerce orders, product listings, packaging, dispatch, and inventory coordination. The candidate should have good computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate inventory data.

Key Responsibilities
• Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock records and inventory registers. – Monitor stock availability, inward and outward stock movements. – Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. – Track low-stock items and coordinate for timely replenishment. – Maintain proper records of damaged, returned, and expired products, wherever applicable.
• E-Commerce Order Management – Manage online orders received through Amazon and other e-commerce platforms. – Process orders, prepare invoices, and ensure timely order fulfillment. – Handle product listings, stock updates, pricing, and product information. – Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, and customer queries. – Coordinate with relevant team members to resolve order-related issues.
• Packaging & Dispatch – Handle product packaging, labeling, and dispatch of Amazon and other online orders. – Ensure correct products and quantities are packed securely.



– Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries. – Maintain dispatch records and shipping documentation. – Provide inventory packaging support to housekeeping, therapists, or other departments whenever required.
• Data Management & Reporting – Maintain inventory and sales data using MS Excel or Google Sheets. – Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and order reports. – Use inventory management software or e-commerce seller dashboards as required. – Ensure accuracy of stock entries, order details, and dispatch records. Required Qualifications & Skills – Graduate in any stream; relevant experience preferred. – Experience in inventory management and e-commerce operations. – Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms. – Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets. – Robust organizational, coordination, and record-keeping skills. – Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet dispatch deadlines. – Attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling. Preferred Experience – 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, stock management, or e-commerce order processing. – Experience handling Amazon orders, packaging, labeling, and dispatch. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – Inventory record accuracy. – Timely order processing and dispatch. – Minimum stock discrepancies. – Accurate product listings and stock updates. – Proper documentation of stock movement, returns, and dispatches.
