Role Description This is a full time, on-site Medical Doctor role based at Sarvagya Healthcare in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The Medical Doctor will provide high-quality clinical care, including conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. Responsibilities include managing inpatient and outpatient cases, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across various specialties, and ensuring continuity of care for acute and chronic conditions.



The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to clinical protocols and regulatory standards, and participating in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives. The Medical Doctor is expected to communicate clearly with patients and families, offer empathetic counselling and education, and contribute to the hospital’s collaborative and patient-centric environment. Qualifications
• Recognized MBBS degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical registration/license with the appropriate medical council and eligibility to practice in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
• Clinical competence in history taking, physical examination, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management.
• Experience in hospital-based care such as inpatient management, emergency response, and coordination with critical care and surgical teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues.
• Ability to document care accurately, manage electronic or paper medical records, and follow established clinical protocols.
• Commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, continuous learning, and participation in audits, CME, or training programs.
• Experience or interest in any of Sarvagya Healthcare’s key disciplines (e.g., Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Internal Medicine, Neonatology & Paediatrics, Cardiology)
