AI Product Manager

- GTM We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager
- GTM to join the Enterprise AI team. The role will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify, build, and scale AI-driven solutions that improve GTM efficiency, automate workflows, and accelerate business outcomes. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in AI product management, Salesforce ecosystem, GTM operations, AI agents, automation, and enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to identify AI use cases and business opportunities.
• Analyze and map end-to-end GTM business processes such as Lead-to-Cash, Renewals, Partner Deal Registration, Customer Support, and Feedback-to-Roadmap.
• Own and prioritize the AI product backlog based on business value, complexity, risk, and strategic alignment.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions including:
• AI Agents
• Workflow Automations
• RAG-based Applications
• SaaS Embedded AI Solutions
• Build solutions for:
• Account Research
• Meeting Preparation
• Pipeline & Forecasting
• Renewals Management
• Partner Enablement
• RFP Response Automation

• Product Feedback Analysis
• Develop and deploy AI agents, workflows, APIs, and integrations using modern AI platforms and coding assistants.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, customer impact, governance, security, and compliance.




• Drive user adoption through training, enablement, and success measurement.
• Track KPIs including seller productivity, cycle time reduction, pipeline quality, and customer support efficiency. Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, copilots, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Experience working with enterprise AI platforms and LLM-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem and GTM technology stack.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
