About the Role
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Interns to join our team at Avlock India. The role primarily focuses on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), lead generation, digital outreach, and market research within the B2B industrial and manufacturing sector.



Candidates from both technical and non-technical backgrounds are welcome to apply. However, a strong interest in engineering, industrial products, and their applications is essential, as our products involve technical specifications and application-specific solutions. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Account-Based Marketing (ABM) & Lead Generation
• Assist in identifying and researching target companies, industries, and potential customers.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns through cold emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain prospect databases for targeted marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign responses, follow-ups, and lead generation activities. 2. Market & Competitor Research
• Research competitors, their products, and their applications across industries.
• Identify current product applications and potential business opportunities by studying competitor offerings and target industries.
• Maintain competitor information and market research databases. 3. CRM Management & Vendor Coordination
• Assist in maintaining accurate marketing enquiries and lead records in the CRM software.
• Track CRM improvement requirements, pending issues, and change requests.




• Coordinate with the CRM software vendor to communicate requirements, follow up on pending changes, and support the implementation of approved improvements. 4. Marketing Support
• Assist in creating content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, and WhatsApp communication.
• Support the preparation of marketing presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Maintain campaign trackers and assist in preparing basic marketing performance reports. Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong interest in marketing, lead generation, and digital outreach.
• Interest in engineering, industrial products, and understanding their applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good research, data management, and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail, with good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, including CRM software.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team. Preferred Qualifications
• Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Engineering, or any relevant discipline.
• Basic knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, digital marketing, or CRM tools will be an advantage.
• An interest in understanding technical products and identifying their applications across industries will be an added advantage.
