Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Real Estate Consultant will assist home buyers and investors in identifying suitable properties, conducting site visits, and providing detailed guidance on project features, pricing, and legal documentation. The role involves managing client inquiries, maintaining relationships with builders and developers, and presenting pre-launch and investment opportunities. The consultant will support clients through negotiation, booking,



and possession stages, while ensuring a transparent and personalized experience. Daily activities include market research, follow-ups with leads, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and service targets. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property markets, particularly in Bengaluru.
• Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, client engagement, and closure.
• Effective Negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms for clients.
• Experience in Training or mentoring team members or junior staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients, and handle fieldwork and property visits.
• Basic proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems for tracking leads and opportunities.
• Previous experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales is an advantage.
• Undergraduate degree in any discipline; business, commerce, or real estate-related studies are beneficial.
